Many buildings have very inefficient older technology lighting that can be retrofitted or replaced with newer technology that can save up to 75% or more in lighting energy consumption. Lighting is most often the fastest, cheapest energy reducing facility retrofit when compared to retrofitting chillers, boilers, pumps and compressors.
